Yes, the population at Fortescue increased by one yesterday! I've already met three neighbors, and two of them are knitters. I don't have telephone service or internet down there, and even cell phone service comes and goes. It's wonderful!
More later, with pictures. For now, I am headed back to Fortescue with another car load of stuff.

It has been a while since I have caught up with your blog, but I am so excited about your darling new home! I can only see the outside, but it has much more character than the Money Pit. Congratulations!
And I am so relieved to read such good news about your dad and mom. I will keep them in my prayers, because there are so many projects that need to be done in a new house and I can see on his face, your dad is ready for the challenge!
